Is my proxy really mobile? Free ASN checker
A mobile proxy's exit IP has to belong to a mobile carrier's network, and the network's ASN (Autonomous System Number) shows whose network it is. Most US mobile IPs come from the three national carriers: AT&T Mobility (AS20057), T-Mobile USA (AS21928) and Verizon Wireless (AS6167, AS22394). AT&T also announces a large part of its mobile address blocks through its main network AS7018, so for AT&T we also check whether the block is registered to AT&T Mobility. If the network belongs to a home internet provider or a hosting company instead, it is a residential or datacenter proxy, not a mobile one. Check any IP below to see which one it is.

- Look up that IP's ASN, for example on bgp.he.net or ipinfo.io.

FAQ
What is an ASN and why does it matter for a mobile proxy?
An ASN (Autonomous System Number) identifies the network that routes a block of IP addresses. Mobile carriers route the addresses they hand out to phones and hotspots through their own networks, so if an exit IP belongs to AT&T Mobility, T-Mobile USA or Verizon Wireless, the traffic really goes out through that carrier's mobile network.
Can a proxy seller fake a mobile ASN?
Not the ASN of a real carrier. The ASN comes from how the IP block is routed on the internet, and a proxy provider can't relabel it in software. What a seller can do is register a small network with a name that sounds mobile. That's why this checker trusts only the carrier ASN numbers and AT&T Mobility's registered blocks, and treats a mobile-sounding name as a hint, not proof.
Why do two mobile IPs sometimes look completely different?
Mobile carriers reassign IP addresses constantly and share them between many customers at once (CGNAT), and some carriers also sell home internet service over the same mobile network. So the ASN tells you who owns the network, not that every user on it is on a phone right now.
Does this tool store my IP address?
